Personal Hobbies and Interests
I’m a bit of a homebody and enjoy quieter hobbies like knitting, yoga, and baking. I love spending time at home with my husband, Arthur, and our pets. We share our home with four cats — Robin, Olive, Matilda, and Mabel — who are full of personality and bring so much joy into our lives. I also occasionally foster cats, which has been a very rewarding experience.
Favorite Part of My Job
One of my favorite parts of my job is watching our patients grow up and following them through all stages of their lives. I also love seeing pets recover and go home feeling better. Being part of that journey, even from the front desk, is incredibly rewarding.
Why I Chose This Profession
In many ways, I feel like this profession found me. After starting my career in community development and later working in corporate marketing, I had the opportunity to volunteer with a non-profit animal clinic. That experience quickly turned into a full-time role and a decade-long passion for working in veterinary medicine. My lifelong love of animals made the transition feel natural, and I can’t imagine doing anything else.

I bring over a decade of experience working in animal-focused environments to the team at Harvey Memorial Animal Hospital, beginning with my time at a non-profit veterinary clinic where I supported both reception and administrative operations. That experience laid the foundation for my role today at Harvey Animal Hospital, where I serve as the first point of contact for our clients. In my role, I focus on clear communication, organization, and helping ensure that both clients and patients feel supported from the moment they walk through the door. I take pride in helping translate client needs to our medical team and contributing to a smooth experience for every visit.
Working alongside a dedicated and knowledgeable veterinary team has allowed me to continue learning every day, and I’m grateful to play a part in supporting the health and happiness of our patients.
